Jenifer Waldron, Vice-President of Insurance Operations
Jenifer has been in the insurance industry for 13 years. She began her career at GEICO as a top sales agent for two years and then further advanced in her career as an Underwriter and Agency Developer for a major firm in Washington DC. Jenifer worked with several major insurance carriers and Independent Agencies in Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C during her 4 years, and excelled in helping independent start up agencies grow their book of business. After 5 years of commuting Jenifer has hung up her "agent" cap and moved on to Agency Growth and Development.
Jenifer has partnered with Dominion Eagle Financial Group, to develop Dominion Eagle Insurance Agency, LLC, a full service insurance agency, representing a variety of major insurance carriers for all types of personal insurance, commercial insurance, life and health insurance. Jenifer is now the Vice President of Insurance Operations and will oversee the entire Insurance Division, developing a sales team and managing the licensed agents who will represent the agency and its top carriers.
Jenifer has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management and Marketing,and has returned to complete her Law Degree from Liberty University and will graduate in May of 2012. Jenifer still holds her CISR designation from the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives, and is also an active member of IIAV, and Professional Insurance Agents of Virginia and D.C.
Born and Raised in Northern Virginia, Jenifer has settled in Spotsylvania County with her husband and their eight children. Justin, Jenifer's husband has been working for AMTRAK for ten years. Son Kyle and Son In Law Mike are both Marines in the US Marine Corps, Andrew has been accepted into the dual enrollement program for nursing, and in July 2011 the first grandson will join the growing family. The family is active in their community and Crossroads Vineyard Church where they attend and serve. Jenifer is blessed to be a part of this Faith based company.

Jeff Blake, Licensed Insurance Agent
Jeff has had a variety of occupations in his young adult life. He began his career during high school at a rapid prototyping firm where he performed detailing work on prototypes for companies like NASA, Black and Decker, and General Dynamics. He worked his way up to being the head of the detailing department, but after a few years he realized he wanted to take a new direction in his career. In June 2008, he was given the opportunity to start selling vehicles for Rosner Automotive Group in Fredericksburg, VA. Even in a tough economy, Jeff was one of the highest grossing salesmen and maintained excellent customer satisfaction. He gained a reputation for treating his customer’s right. After leaving Rosner, Jeff went back to school and attended Germanna Community College. He graduated in May 2010 Cum Laude with his Associate's Degree in Business Administration. Jeff joined the DEI Sales Team in November 2009. Although focused on Personal Lines Sales, Jeff is capable of handling all your insurance needs and welcomes the opportunity to serve you.

Alison Burgess, Marketing Executive/ Account Executive
Alison Burgess, joined Dominion Eagle Insurance Agency, LLC in the Fall of 2010. A graduate of Colonial Forge High School in 2002, Alison enrolled in Nursing classes at Germana College. After becoming a mother, Alison took a much needed break to enjoy raising her two children and to pursue a different type of career to allow her more time with her children. Born and raised in Stafford, Virginia, Alison and her children are active members of their church, and enjoy the outdoors with their golden retriever, Jasper. Alison also spends alot of time with family and friends and loves to bury her head in books. Alison has taken on the position of Marketing Executive for Dominion Eagle Insurance Agency, LLC and Dominion Eagle Financial Group, INC and is also a licensed insurance agent. She looks forward to working with our many neighbors in the community and bringing them our company's expertise and experience. |

Michelle Jennings, Licensed Insurance Agent
Michelle Jennings is the newest member of Dominion Eagle Insurance Agency, LLC. A woman of many hats has been used to describe Michelle before. Being a Wife, a mommy of three, a very active leader in her church, as well as a prospering Photographer she understands how important it is to make sure that you don't have to hassle with the "who's" and "what's this?!" of the insurance industry. Michelle was born in California but as a young child was moved here to Virginia and spent her youth growing up in Spotsylvania County. After Graduating at Courtland High School in 2003 she discover what she did best, caring for the People. Finding that perfect career can be difficult but after settling down and marrying in 2006, Michelle and her husband Mike found a common interest in the insurance world and have been working in the industry since. Michelle is a natural peoples person, loving to help and serve any way she can. We are excited to have her join our already prospering staff and she cannot wait to get to know you.
